Dolos
The main antagonist of the story, he is a charismatic leader who controls people through the use of a neural network that injects Hopium into hosts to control their brains. He is obsessed with power and studies dictators throughout history.
Mitch
Mitch Winthorp is a 76 year old senator serving his 10th consecutive term. Corrupt to the core. He does Dolos’s bidding for a large fee. Mitch bought his 5th wife, a 35 year old super model, a Dolos made diamond necklace that uses Hopium to convince her to love him. He is easily the most hated person in politics.
Sarge
Sarge short for Sergeant Cargill is a war hero who was shamed by the public for sweeping 50 Feetpix NFTs which led to the media falsely accusing him of having a foot fetish. He was laughed off of social media. Dolos capitalized on this opportunity and recruited the storied sergeant who was pissed that the very people he defended his whole career were slandering him on the web. He is now the enforcer of the Dolos Empire. He also has global connections that have speed dial access to moles in the FBI, CIA and foreign intelligence agencies as well as a network of informers and assassins
Zaki
Zaki Khan was accused of multiple charges of wire fraud and embezzlement. Dolos used his influence to get all of the charges dropped if Zaki was to work for him. Zaki is happily now the chief financer of Dolos’s empire. He has a major network of people across the globe with access to a mammoth amount of crypto. Capable of coming up with massive amounts of capital at the snap of a finger through any means possible.
Babba
Babba, short for Aliakbarabbas Faruq, is a young man from an influential family that is the single largest donor to the Dolos Empire. He has no real value but must be employed by Dolos to continue to receive generous donations from the Faruq empire.
Sketch

Sketch Johnson, a ladies man, was voted most interesting man on Wall Street 5 times. Sketch is known for having a large network of influential people everywhere. Nobody actually knows what he does but his ability to connect the empire to just about anyone of interest has made him influential in the Empire circles. No matter what the topic, he claims he knows it better than anybody.
Huang
Huang Xiangming was voted one of the most intelligent people in the world. Huang was recruited by Dolos when he discovered that Huang was grossly underpaid by the Chinese government. Huang doesn’t have a bad bone in his body but felt disrespected by the low pay he received for advancing his country so much with his technological innovations. He is so focused on his work that he doesn’t really see Dolos’s true intent. He just sees a huge salary and a leader that values his gift. Huang’s genius coupled with Dolos’s vision is what has built this self healing technical architecture that mimics the human body protection mechanisms.
Guy
Guy White is an NFT influencer. He minted 5 BayC NFTs in April 2021 and became rich even though he has zero business or life skills. He is the leader of a large group of influencers whose goal is to convince investors to buy into sure rugs. They make a fortune pumping a project and then flooring their bags leaving investors with junk in their hidden folders. Even though they really don’t like or trust Dolos, they leverage their relationship with him to get more people hooked on Hopium so they can both prosper.
Droid Army
Programmable army of droids that patrol Wall Street and the outskirts looking for non believers and Rebel army members
Patience
Dolos’s cat who he used to experiment with Hopium. Named Patience because he was trained to speak and all he says is Wen to signal he wants another treat.
